What You Get: Divorce Recovery Coaching (8 Sessions): - Focused on helping clients navigate the emotional turmoil and logistical challenges of divorce. - Sessions include support with legal processes, co-parenting, if applicable, and transitioning to post-divorce life with strength and clarity. Rebuild self-confidence and self-worth after a divorce. - Develop emotional resilience, setting healthy boundaries, and reclaiming one’s identity and sense of purpose post-divorce. *Bonus: Life Rebuilding Plan A customized plan that outlines next steps in rebuilding life post-divorce, including financial planning, self-care routines, and developing a new support system. Clients will be guided in setting realistic goals for their personal and emotional recovery journey. If children are involved, these sessions offer guidance on how to maintain healthy co-parenting relationships despite the challenges posed by addiction. Clients will also learn how to help their children adjust to the changes in family dynamics. - 4 Addiction Impact & Healing Sessions These sessions provide support for understanding the impact addiction has had on the relationship and personal healing. The goal is to help clients process feelings of betrayal, guilt, and anger, and to work through any residual emotional pain.
